Trần Thị Kim Chi, First Lady of Vietnam Madame Tran Thi Kim Chi, is the wife of the president. She is considered to be a war hero. Consider another Bui Thi Xuan. She shot down 10 B52 and 11 fighter air planes in the year 1969 & 1970. She was the comander of the last battle in Saigon.
